Qualification: Matric, Grade 12, Diploma/ Degree

Salary Estimated: ZAR 72000-340000 Annum

Job Requirements & Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Download & filter activation reports from the system to obtain details of policyholders for whom tags should be dispatched.
  • Create and print a waybill for each parcel on the courier’s online portal.
  • Dispatch consignments
  • Ensure that the parcels of the day are collected by the courier company.
  • Ensure there is enough stock to dispatch to policyholders
  • Notify suppliers/stakeholders well in advance when new orders should be placed
  • Ensure tags are packaged correctly.
  • Manual stock reporting to Finance at the end of each month.
  • Compare and consolidate courier company’s billed-to report to Dotsure’s reports.
  • Create and keep stock registers for other packaging material to assist with logistics management.
  • Matric certificate
  • A degree or diploma in Logistics or any other relevant field will be advantageous
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build good relationships with colleagues, internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP application across different reports necessary for monthly stock reports).
  • Diligent.
