- Manage Customer Collection Counter and ensure compliance to SOP’s
- Run, update and Analyse all Warehouse Reports.
- Ensure duties are carried out to ensure achievement of warehouse performance standards.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Grade 12
- Customer service orientation
- Good communication skills, Be able to work independently
- Process compliance orientation, Ability to follow instructions 100%
- Teamwork.
- Numeric accuracy, Literate
- Computer literacy
- Relevant Troubleshooting capability
- Basic knowledge of parts
- Basic Numeracy skills,
