Credit application investigation & reporting within a 5 day turnaround period. Ensure quality of information obtained on the credit application is sufficient to make an informed risk recommendation in line with the Credit Policy. Record Credit Bureau/Deeds Office searches, trade reference investigations. Review SAP for status on account. Liaise with credit controller to obtain reference on existing tenants in need.

Prepare Financial Assessment spreadsheet for Financial Analysis of incoming tenant audited financials.

Master List status report on all incoming credit applications updated and distributed weekly

Filing and storage of complete credit application packs/report, FICA approvals on the SAP system including all related correspondence/owner waiver approvals

Proactively develops knowledge of Acts governing Credit Policy and credit management activities and ensures compliance with same.

All accounts to be reconciled monthly.

Record of dunning letters & Legal instructions from Credit Control Team reported.

Credit Vetting waivers from the Credit Committee and the GMS recorded.

Items for hand delivery give to messengers, for delivery, items for postage place in the mail.

Reconcile all legal accounts monthly, check previous payments were allocated correctly. Prepare payment requisition and follow up signatories.

Accurate Credit Management Dept Credit Vetting and Dunning Statistics compiled and issued monthly before 8th of each month ie legal instruction, Dunning notifications, evictions status, Credit Applications

Experience / Education:
Minimum of Grade 12 with Accountancy subject or equivalent qualification or 2 years’ experience
