Job Requirements & Responsibilities
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Precisely follow instructions on work tickets and accurately read and understand “10-point checklist”
- Ensure adherence to quality measures
- Adherence to scheduled maintenance plan
- Manage waste and spoilage
- Monitor, measure, and report on production related performance
- Adherence to housekeeping standards, SHE & OSH act requirements with a “ZERO INJURY” culture compliance
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
- Matric or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a fast-paced production
environment
- Ability to use tools related to the job efficiently
- Basic computer skills
