Position: Debtor’s Clerk Jobs Location: Rosebank, Gauteng Qualification: Matric, Grade 12, Diploma/ Degree Salary Estimated: R11 000 – R13 000 a month |
Job Requirements & Responsibilities
Restaurant Group based in Rosebank is currently recruiting for a Debtors’ Clerk to capture and recon the suppliers accounts.
- Enter payments into Pastel
- Follow-up on unknown payments & receipts
- Receive proof of payments/recons from suppliers
- Enter all cash books into Pastel file, resolve any queries, and reconcile
- Enter petty cash info from front desk into Pastel and reconcile
- Reconcile petty cash cash books
- Credit card batches
- Get credit card batch reports
- Check transfers book to make sure all transfers have been billed
- Receive request for update of debtors’ master file and update
- Perform daily, weekly and month-end processes
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- A formal qualification will be an advantage
- At least 3 years’ experience in debtor’s
- Pastel experience
