As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clients hotel’s daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. If you are a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, we want to hear from you!


  • Assist with front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and facilities.
  • Handle reservations and booking processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with various hotel departments to coordinate guest requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Support administrative tasks such as record-keeping, report preparation, and office supply management.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and cooperation for efficient hotel operations.
  • Assist in organizing and executing events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and security procedures, actively monitoring the premises and promptly reporting any incidents or concerns.
  • Handle basic financial transactions, such as processing guest payments and managing petty cash.


  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and office applications. (Micros and Opera)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
