Objective of the job:

Provide accurate, relevant, easily accessible data to support business requirements and track and achieve targets.

All activities will be done in compliance with the Company’s Integrity Code and other relevant policies.

Main :

Agent Lead Management : Support the team and business with agent data admin activities including variable margin tracking, system monitoring, report creation, agent query resolution.

Data administration : Monitor, maintain and enhance, cleanse databases on relevant systems (Salesforce, STS) timeously. Provide system & data support to business. Ensure optimal data flow and accuracy through all relevant systems.

Reporting and Dashboards : Ensure that all required reports are drafted, developed, tested, approved and distributed to relevant stakeholders within the agreed timeframe, on the right platforms. Ensure accuracy, relevance, accessibility and value to business decision making. Be able to understand and analyse data and provide actionable information to help business make informed decisions. Promote & implement reporting automation to support accurate, secure reporting that is distributed efficiently.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

· Power BI

· Database administration, data extraction & visualisation, report creation, SQL skills

· MS Office (advanced knowledge MS Access, MS Excel etc)

· Analytical thinking skills

· Attention to detail important

· Salesforce (advantageous)

Experience:

· 0-2 years experience
