Job Advert Summary

• To maintain a complete and accurate client database, and to provide administration services to the defined sales and service team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Post Matric Certificate/Diploma in Customer Service Management/Customer Relationship Marketing/ Sales/ Marketing Management.
• 3-4 years solid experience in a customer service/ retail environment /logistics/warehousing/supply chain.
• Excellent command of the English language
• Intermediate level proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains regular telephonic contact with a defined portfolio of clients to update records, maintain relationships and achieve growth of service offerings.
• Captures and maintains accurate client information on the Metrofile system.
• Extracts service data from the system for the sales teams for sales and services purposes.
• Prepares index reports and any ad hoc reporting requests on new documentation received for delivery to clients.
• Accurately files client contracts and related information on an ongoing basis.
