Duties and responsibilities
The purpose of the Sales Consultant is to serve as the liaison between the company and our customers. It is the Sales Consultant’s responsibility to address customers’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships
As a sales consultant your roles and responsibilities will be:
- Self-generation of leads
- Custom solar solution designs
- Sales administration
- Support and communication during installation
- Escalations and complaints handling
- Post installation onboarding and training of client
- Ongoing relationship management
Requirements
- Grade 12
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
