This is a key supporting role with a high level of responsibility and impact. This position will primarily work with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Santam Client Solutions in reporting, planning, scheduling, and organizing tasks to keep time and attention focused on company goals, projects, and priorities.
We are looking for a candidate who is interested in working in a dynamic and challenging environment, with aspirations of future development. The successful candidate will be based in Sandton .
What will make you successful in this role?
Executive Support
Assist the CFO and COO with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments
Complete credit card expense reports
Draft reports, letters, and proposals; prepare and coordinate oral and written communication
Plan/organize and schedule events such as meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners
Support the business leader with external commitments.Management Support and Liaison
Serve as the administrative liaison to the various Business Units Heads and manage board and senior management activities, which include:
Coordinating quarterly management meetings
Compiling and distributing management meeting packs
Schedule and attend team meetings
Assist in preparing the agenda of MANCO and/or EXCO meetings
Prepare minutes of these meetings, distribute them timeously and follow up on assigned action items.
Qualifications and Experience
Completed Grade 12
Business related post matric qualification is preferred
Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an a Personal Assistant in a corporate team and/ or responsible for supporting senior management
