- A detailed curriculum vitae and cover letter.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide psychometric assessments and feedback for selection, placement or promotion.
- Contribute to various aspects of organisational effectiveness, employee development and change management.
- Responsible for psychometrics, research, Organisational Development, and well-being.
Inherent requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or a B-Tech degree on NQF level seven (7) in the field of Industrial psychology, psychology or a related field.
- A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in the duties and responsibilities.
Recommendation:
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in psychometric assessments.
- Honours degree on NQF level eight (8) in Industrial psychology/psychology or related field.
- Knowledge of psychometric assessments, research and employee well-being.

01 October 2023 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Salary:
The annual remuneration package, including benefits is R 408 148.51 – R 513 407.84 per annum, depending on the budget available for the position, relevant work experience and qualifications.
