QPro Feeds is a dynamic Animal Feed Manufacturing business with a facility in both Bethlehem and Vrede. We are responsible for producing animal feed to in-house clients as well as external clients in the monogastric and ruminant fields.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12
- At least 3-years proven work experience within an Administrative role
- Proven working knowledge of MS Excel
- Working experience with Navision would be an advantage
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure pricing on orders are correct before invoicing.
- Ensure quantity loaded and shipped is correct according to loading documentation.
- Verify delivery dates on orders before invoicing.
- Ship and invoice orders when product has been loaded.
- Send Invoices for approval.
- Obtain all signed POD’s from Transporters: Customer copy, Dispatch copy, security copy and weighbridge ticket.
- Ensure all documents are attached to the POD: Dispatch, security, and weighbridge ticket.
- Filing of POD’s according to date.
- Follow-up on all POD queries
- Ensure credit notes are accompanied with an NCR number.
- Process credit notes
- Ensure all supported documents are attached.
- Filling of credit memos according to dates.
- Continues follow-up on all discrepancies.
- Assist with ad-hoc reception / administrative duties from time to time.
