Job Requirements & Responsibilities
Manage the internal administration of the Transformation department within the VKB Group.
Requirements
- Grade 12/ NQF 4
- Business Administration Qualification (NQF 4) will serve as reccommendation.
- Advanced level of computer literacy
- Extensive and proven experience working in an administration role.
- Previous experience in BBBEE would be an advantage.
- General understanding of related act (EE Act, Skills Development Act, Skills Development Levies Act , etc).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Full administration of all BBBEE and Skills related functions.
- Payments related to skills development and social responsibility.
- Processing Workplace Skills Plans and its administration thereof.
- Capturing of training activities on SAGE 300 People System (Skills Module).
- Schedule training in conjunction with the Transformation Officer and the Skills Development Facilitator
- Logistical arrangements for planned training
- Keep record of External Bursaries and give feedback when required.
- Administrative support to Transformation Director.
- General office duties.
