Job Requirements & Responsibilities
Supervising and servicing the VKB Fuels branch in Frankfort.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role will serve as recommendation
- 3 – 5 years experience in the fuel industry
- Grade 12/ NQF 4
- Proficient in Afrikaans or English
- Proficient in the MS Office package
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing cash in branch, cash-ups float and merchant machines
- Stock management including stock takes to be actions, expiry dates to be checked etc.
- Housekeeping on premises (bathrooms, offices, forecourt, cashier points and deli)
- Daily checklists to be completed and submitted to manager and reporting of deviations
- Ensure all employees comply with save working procedures.
- Ensure consumables are ordered and replenished as necessary (stationary, toilet paper, window washers etc.)
- Receiving of stock and ensure quantities is correct.
