Job Requirements & Responsibilities
Facilitate the overall administrative function within the Transformation division of the VKB Group.
Requirements
- Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification i.e. (Degree or Diploma).
- Valid motor vehicle driver’s license (Code B).
- 3 Years Relevant experience of which 1 year should be in Employment Equity.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
- Self-driven.
- Excellent interpersonal relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administrative function within the Employment Equity division.
- Administratively part of the Skills Development function.
- Responsible for the implementation of External Bursaries within the VKB Group.
- Be the champion and drive Apprenticeships, Learnerships, Interns, & Graduate Placements within the VKB Group.
- Responsible for all administrative functions within the BBBEE Division on the Transformation department.
- Add-hoc duties as required from time to time.
