Job Requirements & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Professionalism, housekeeping, store look and feel, know layout of store to direct customers to products
- Opening & closing procedures, ticketing, effective merchandising as per guidelines, timeous capturing of supplier invoices
- IBT docs, accurate processing of adjustments, IT, and maintenance ticket logging
- Stock control – accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual, stock counts & product expiry checks
- Cash handling: assist with POS – overrides, processing & reconciling refunds & petty cash, banking – floats & change, cash up investigations

- Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years retail experience (1 year that is admin)
- Fully computer literate
- Good financial skills and an affinity for numbers

- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
- Competency Assessment Achieved
