As One of the TEAM
Our customer experience is always front of mind and is the Why behind what we do. As a store administrator you will perform all relevant administrative functions for the store. In the absence of the store leader, team leader you may be required to oversee the effective functioning of the store and assume the role of keyholder. Your contribution to the business will be to bring an organised and detail-orientated approach to your responsibility areas and a willingness to continually learn and collaborate with the rest of the team.

Responsibilities:

Your Strategic FOCUS AREAS
Customer Experience
  • Professionalism, housekeeping, store look and feel, know layout of store to direct customers to products
Store Disciplines and Productivity
  • Opening & closing procedures, ticketing, effective merchandising as per guidelines, timeous capturing of supplier invoices
  • IBT docs, accurate processing of adjustments, IT, and maintenance ticket logging
Risk Management
  • Stock control – accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual, stock counts & product expiry checks
  • Cash handling: assist with POS – overrides, processing & reconciling refunds & petty cash, banking – floats & change, cash up investigations

We ASK
  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 2 years retail experience (1 year that is admin)
  • Fully computer literate
  • Good financial skills and an affinity for numbers
  • A genuine interest in health and wellness – brand ambassadors
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
  • Competency Assessment Achieved
